The perks of telling everyone you're building your house yourself and using as much recycled material as possible is that occasionally you get free stuff!
And this was just the first van-load of the day. We're rapidly running out of space to put building materials, and the first thing we'll do when after settlement on our new block of land is arrange some temporary storage that's reasonably weather proof for the vast array of timber, metal, tiles, and other random useful things we've collected.
